Enough About Me….

….tell me about you.

I’ve shared a lot about me over the past year. It’s your turn to share something.

Consider it show and tell — blogging style.

A lot of you are reading. But not all of you are posting comments. I’m fine with that. Honestly.

But, here’s a chance for you to share something with me.  If you’d like. And I would like.

So, if you’d like to play, let’s make it simple, just post me comment and tell me….hmmm….what could you tell me….ok, tell me how you find me. Was it random luck? Was it through Molly? Was it through Anna? How did you get here.

I’m curious.

And, hey, thanks for playing.

What else? I got nothin’.

Well you didn’t really give me a question I could answer. I “found” you because I told you to start a blog. Right?

  2. Miriam says:

I found you through Molly. But to be perfectly honest I found you through comments on Molly’s blog. BTW while I agree BOGO is a good idea and Twizzlers are a fat free candy…she didn’t have her card, and when you don’t have your card BOGO seems impossible. But next time make her buy the tub of Twizzlers as payback. 🙂

  3. Fritz says:

I just know you MOF and this is the best way to still stay a bit connected in a weird blog type way! newington is so far away, but i am a parental figure now, crazy eh??

  4. Melissa says:

I found you through Molly. This was when Tim died (sorry to bring it up!) and your posts were so heart-breaking and personal. I kept reading, and also found that you are funny, a good writer, and happy to be a husband and father. All in all, you seem like a good guy, so I’m here reading as long as you’re writing.

  5. SneekyPeek says:

My answer, is I don’t know how I found you. I think it was a random thing.

    Talk about having nuthin’ eh?

And even though you didn’t ask, like Melissa, I like you writing style. So keep those post coming and I do solomonly swear, from this point forward, to no longer be a lurker and become a commenter. Heh.

  6. Stephanie says:

I found you through Molly. I enjoy your outlook on life and your writing style. Keep up the awesome work!

  7. Stephanie says:

I found you through Clink and I have never commented before, but I love the little circle of blog-friends that you guys have and now I spend even MORE time at working reading blogs, as opposed to doing actual work. So thanks!

Also, you remind me of someone but I can’t place my finger on who, and I totally agree with everything Melissa said, which is what keeps me reading. 🙂

  8. Amber says:

I can’t actually remember how I found you, but now that you mention it, I think it must have been via Molly. I’ve well and truly plundered her blogroll 🙂

  9. clinkny says:

I found you through the almighty Molly as well. I thought it was awesome that her boss was leaving comments (funny comments!) and then whaddya know, he started blog. Awesome.

  10. Hi, Mike! I found you through Molly’s comments. I found Molly through her comments on the Mighty Girl site. I found the Mighty Girl site through dooce. Everyone knows dooce. I found dooce years ago while trying to google “morning sickness remedies,” and I’ve been hooked ever since. Oh, what a tangled web. 😉

Anyway, my daughter Claire is 21-months old…so she’s younger than Aidan but older than Erin. I’ve found that kids provide a constant source of blog content; that’s for sure! 🙂

  11. L B says:

I found you in “real” life.

Let’s see something interesting to tell you…I have always wished I could be brunette for a day to see if people treat me differently! I am a weirdo. But a commenting weirdo at that!

  12. Chelle says:

Hmmm… Random luck that we’re in the same office. And I’ll say I found your blog thru Anna’s, cuz she gave me her link first.

  13. curiousc says:

Peer Pressure! not really, just getting braver on these commenting adventures. I found you from a comment you left on LB’s site but I don’t have a clue how I ended up reading her blog. Maybe the mojito reference. I absolutely love jumping around and learning new things. Blog-jumping is addictive.

  14. Anna says:

I am sure have sent you THOUSANDS of readers, but they must just be SHY, that’s all.

And I think I started a blog mostly because of your encouragement, so how about that!

  15. Stormy says:

I used to work with you, remember?

  16. mcole78 says:

I found you because you through Molly.

  17. mcole78 says:

I meant to say I found you from molly’s blog

  18. pink&cake says:

Hi, Mike! I found you through Molly, who I found through a slew of other wonderful blogs. I’m brand new, coming in on the Great Twizzlers Debate 2007. I, myself, purchased 48 bags of the snack sized this week as they are necessary to my life and only come out at Halloween around here. I would give you a bag if I could. 🙂

  19. Lil' Joe says:

Well… if memory serves me right, I “found” you at Noah’s… but I stumbled (pun intended) upon your blog from a link on L. Murphy’s alumni page.

As far as something interesting… i’m probably the only Irishman who is called “Joey Stromboli” by his friends.

I found you through (not in) a trash can. A beautiful throwback Patriots trashcan that would make a great living room table for Clink and M.
